Corporate Support
| Financial support from companies who provide goods and services
to members of the metallographic community is critical to maintaining the
International Metallographic Society's awards program which annually gives
more than $8,000 to deserving recipients in the materials field. Several
levels of support are available:
Patron $1000 donation Associate $500 donation Sponsor $250 donation All corporate supporters become associated with the IMS Awards Program. At the Benefactor and Patron level, supporters are given the option of having a class in the International Metallographic Contest named after their company. In addition, all corporate sponsors are recognized in several IMS and ASM publications. These include the quarterly IMS newsletter "SlipLines" and annually in the ASM News section of "Advanced Materials and Processes" magazine. Additional recognition is given to the corporate supporters at the IMS Technical Meeting, the IMS Awards Banquet, and the ASM Materials Solutions Event. The generous support of our corporate sponsors is continuously viewed by all that visit the IMS website.
